Tips To Start Your Health Lifestyle

If your just starting your Healthy Lifestyle Journey It can be hard especially if you don’t know where to start. I can help you I have some tips that I use that might help you out.
Let’s get to it!

1. Cut Out The Processed Foods.
Start slowly and remember abs are made in the kitchen. Start to eat more fruits and vegetables. When in doubt start to juice or drink a morning smooth to help with your daily consumption of fruits and vegetables.
Fruit and vegetables are important components of a healthy diet, and their sufficient daily consumption could help prevent major diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases and certain cancers.

2. Replace Your Soda For Tea/Carbonated Water.

I’m a big tea drinker I drink at least 2 glasses of green tea everyday.
You will have more not going to be tired. Your skin is going to looks amazing when you switch from soda which is filled with sugar. Your blood sugar levels are going to be more stable. It’s also a good way to get some belly weight off fast.

5 cans of coke a day = 140 calories
5 cans a day * 30 days * 140 calories = 21,000 calories

21,000 calories / 3,500 calories per pound = 6 POUNDS!
Now think about that for a min.

3.Drink More Water.

Drink more water it sounds easy right?? If your like me…you don’t like the taste of water.There are ways around getting more water in your system..

This is a really good way to make your water fun. If you want better skin, more energy, to flush out toxins in the body you need to drink more water. And this is a good way to add it to your routine.

4. Spend Time With Yourself.

Start a Self Love Journey, take your self out on a date, Journal, read your favorite book.

5. Plan Your Workouts & Set Clothing Out.

Set a time and a place to workout. Make it a date and put it in your planner so you have no excuse. I know for me and maybe most girls we tend to say ” I don’t have anything to wear so I can work out.. 😄 maybe next time” if u do that its always going to be “next time” and you will never see result like that.

So set your clothes out so I can wake up get dress and sweat.

6. Get A Good Nights Rest.

Get a good nights sleep. Go to sleep early. Make your room dark. Maybe do a mini workout before bed. Maybe start getting ready for bed 30 min to a hour before you actually get in bad.

7.Get Moving By Doing Something You Love Doing.

You need to find something you don’t mind doing every day.
•Speed Walking

•Long Walks
•Boot Camps
•Monthly Challenges
What ever it is just get up and do it.


Right now is all you really have so why not start now so..
