Fitness Challenges #1: 90 Day Fat Blasting Mega Circuit

So this is my the FIRST challenge I’m doing on my blog. I will be posting more. I will be doing the challenges with you so that we are getting fit together! Your welcome to join me with this challenge. Comment ” I’m Down” if you want to do the challenge with me.

Set a timer for 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest / 80 Rounds / That should total 40 minutes including rest and work.

DB = Dumbbell

*Go with what your comfortable with.
If you feel like you can go forever and not get tired your DB IS TOO LIGHT!!
If you feel like you can only go for 5 seconds using your DB they are TOO HEAVY.

Each exercise is done for 20 seconds and then you rest for 10 seconds. Do the first exercise for four intervals then move to the second exercise for four intervals. And so on.

So grab your water, your towel, your DB and put on your shoes.

Go as slow or as fast as YOU CAN.
Take brakes but don’t quit. Start this workout and finish it. It’s not how you START.. It’s how you FINISH.
