Fitness Challenge #5: All Over Body Weight Workout

hey I’m back with another workout for you guys. This is a Full body weight workout that you can do. Arms,core,back and yes those legs.

Let get into it. You know what to do go.. Change, tie up those shoes, grab a towel and grab that JugLife.  

  
Make sure you do your warm up befor you do this workout.  Now let’s sweat. 

 
Arms:

  • 5 Push Ups 
  •  1 Full Bridge
  • 10 Tricept dips
  • 10 Incline Push Ups
  • 5 Burpees 

 
Back:

  • 20 Bird Dogs
  • 30 sec Superman
  • 1 Full Bridge
  • 15 Short Bridges
  • 30 Sec Superman

  

  • 30 Sec Side Plank
  • 15 Vertical Leg Crunches
  • 20 Oblique Crunches
  • 20 Sec Plank 
  • 30 Sec SidePlank

  

  • 10 Squats
  • 20 Lunges
  • 10 side lunges (L & R counts as 1)
  • 15 Standing Calf Raises
  •  5 Jump Squats

Make sure you do this workout 2 times  and make sure you do a cool down.
