Fitness Challenge #6 Weekly Workouts :  Monday…Tickets to the gun (ARMS) show.

Hey I’m back with another workout for you guys. I love this one. This is a full week workout that will take care of the whole body. This is for all the people that can’t make it to the gym. 
Everyday you will be working out a different body part for 2 ROUNDS. 

Now this week is a little different. This post a different body part to work out  for the week. Mon-Sun. I hope you like this post. 
Lets change and get those shoes on, grab that towels and your #JugLife. 
  Now Let’s sweating. 
  
Monday ARMS Day:
  • 3 sets of Push Ups
  • 1 min Plank
  • 3 sets of Tricepts Dips/ extensions
  • 1 min Plank
  • 3 sets of 50 Arm Circles 
  • 3 sets of 20 Pray and Pulse arms ( elbows to finger tips stay together and you do 3 pulses)
