You will be doing workout for 2 ROUNDS. Now it’s time to get change into your workout clothes, tie up those shoes, get your towel and grab your #JugLife
Tuesday BACK Day:
- 3 sets of 20 Shoulder Presses
- 3 sets of 20 Walking Push Ups
- 1 min Plank
- 3 sets of 25 Superman/woman
- 3 sets of 25 Swimmers
- 1 min Plank
