Hey I’m back with another workout for this week. Today’s workout will work your BACK.

  
You will be doing workout for 2 ROUNDS.  Now it’s time to get change into your workout clothes, tie up those shoes, get your towel and grab your #JugLife 

  

 

Tuesday BACK Day: 
  
  • 3 sets of 20 Shoulder Presses 
  • 3 sets of 20 Walking Push Ups
  • 1 min Plank
  • 3 sets of 25 Superman/woman 
  • 3 sets of 25 Swimmers
  • 1 min Plank
