Fitness Challenge #6  Weekly Workouts: Wednesday…ABS for dinner 

Hey I’m back with another workout for this week. Today’s workout will work your ABS  

You will be doing workout for 2 ROUNDS.  Now it’s time to get change into your workout clothes, tie up those shoes, get your towel and grab your #JugLife 
  
Now let’s sweat. 

Wednesday ABS Day:
  • 3 sets  of 50 Sit Ups 
  • 3 sets of 50 Bicycles 
  • 1 min Plank
  • 3 sets of 25 Single Leg Drops (each leg) 
  • 3  sets of 1 min Earthquake 
  • 1 min Plank
