Fitness Challenge #6 Weekly Workouts: Friday…LEGS for days 

Hey I’m back with another workout for this week. Today’s workout will work your LEGS.

  

You will be doing workout for 2 ROUNDS.  Now it’s time to get change into your workout clothes, tie up those shoes, get your towel and grab your #JugLife 
  
Now let’s sweat. 

GLUTES :
  • 3 sets of 1 min Wall Sits ( you can add weights if you want to) 
  • 3 sets of Elevated jumps ( box, chair, stair) 
  • 1 min Plank
  • 3 sets of 15 Calf Raises ( set 1 ⬆️⬆️) (set 2 ↖️↗️) ( set 3 ↘️↙️) 
  • 3 sets of 15 Squats.. While your in your squats lift up to a Calf Raise and hold for 1 sec.. Come up to a Standing Calf Raise and hold for 1 sec and drop your heels down
  • 1 min Plank
