Fitness Challenge #6 Weekly Workouts: Saturday…FULL BODY workout 

Hey I’m back with another workout for this week. Today’s workout will work your FULL BODY.

  

You will be doing workout for 2 ROUNDS.  Now it’s time to get change into your workout clothes, tie up those shoes, get your towel and grab your #JugLife 
  
Now let’s sweat. 

Arms:

  • 2 sets of 15 Push Ups
  • 1 min Plank
  • 2 sets of 15 Tricepts Dips/ extensions
  • 1 min Plank
  • 2 sets of 50 Arm Circles ( forward & backwards)
  • 2 sets of 20 Pray and Pulse arms ( elbows to finger tips stay together and you do 3 pulses)
Back:
  • 2 sets of 20 Shoulder Presses 
  • 2 sets of 20 Walking Push Ups
  • 1 min Plank
  • 2 sets of 25 Superman/woman 
  • 2 sets of 25 Swimmers
  • 1 min Plank
Abs:
  • 2 sets  of 50 Sit Ups 
  • 2 sets of 50 Bicycles 
  • 1 min Plank
  • 2 sets of 25 Single Leg Drops (each leg) 
  • 2 sets of 1 min Earthquake 
  • 1 min Plank 
Glutes:
  • 2 sets of 20 Donkey Kicks ( both sides)
  • 2 sets of 30 Squats
  • 1 min Plank
  •  2 sets of 10 Lunges ( both sides)
  • 2 sets of 15 Squats with Side Kicks ( both sides)
  • 1 min Plank With leg lifts 
  • 2 sets of 15 squats.. while your in your squats do a Calf Raise half for 1 sec up to standing Calf raise and drop heels. 
Legs:
  •  2 sets of 1 min Wall Sits ( you can add weights if you want to) 
  • 2 sets of Elevated jumps ( box, chair, stair) 
  • 1 min Plank
  • 2 sets of 15 Calf Raises ( set 1 ⬆️⬆️) (set 2 ↖️↗️) ( set 3 ↘️↙️) 
  • 2 sets of 15 Squats.. While your in your squats lift up to a Calf Raise and hold for 1 sec.. Come up to a Standing Calf Raise and hold for 1 sec and drop your heels down
  • 1 min Plank
