DIY #3 : Homemad Gatorade 

Hey I’m back with another DIY. This isn’t not beauty related.. It’s a fitness DIY.   Yes we’re making HOMEMADE GATORADE! 

  No more of this⬆️. And more of this⬇️.  

What you will need: 

•1/4 Cups of Sugar 

 Alternatives for Sugar⬇️

 •1/4 Teaspoon of Salt 

 

•1/4 Cups of HOT Water 

 

• 1/4 Cup of Orange Juice 


• 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice  

 

• 3 1/2 Cups of COLD Water 

  

Directions:

1. Dissolve Sugar, Salt into the Hot Water.

2. Add the juice and remaining Cold water.

3. Chill and enjoy
