Hey it’s me again. I’m back with another small Beauty DIY for YOU.

This one is also really simple. It will only take about 7 mins to add to your morning/ night routines.

Are you dealing with acne that turns into DARK SPOTS??
I don’t know if I have any teens following me but if you are.. HeyπŸ‘‹

Now I was lucky enough to miss out on the TEEN ACNE but trust I didn’t not get away acne free.
I get STRESS + A MONTHLY VISITS acne.

I got the added bonus of them turning into DARK SPOTS.

So I found this Dark Spot Treatment on Pinterest. So I gave it a try and I loved it.

So I thought I would pass it on to you.

The products you will need:

1. 1/2Teaspoon

To measure both the Baling Soda and the purified water.

2. A Small Bowl

To put the mixture in. I don’t have any small bowls so yes I’m using a measuring cup.

3. Purified Water

To mix with the Backing Soda.

Did you know??
TAP WATER can contain Bacteria and Minerals that can clog your pors and over time it can make your skin DULL.
So it’s best to use Purified Water.
Purer the water = pure skin

Filters help to take out things like Chlorine and Heavy Metals.

Cleaner, softer water gives you nice clean and soft skin.
Heavy Water = Irritated skin which makes your skin RED😑

4. Baking Soda

And the last thing you will need is a timer of course.

5. A 5 min timer

2015/01/img_0510.jpg
Now when it’s time to set the timer I usually do a small workout like squats or scare my boyfriend lol. I also use this time to get my tea ready and some food and when the times is done you just rinse your face off, moisturizer as normal.

And that’s all you need to make this.

Now you want to start with a clean face.. To take off all your make up and start fresh.

And than you want to make your mixture it should look like this

You can either do a spot treatment or you can put it all over your face.
Now if you want to make a bigger mix to go on your face everything is the same but instead of 1/2 a teaspoon I would use 1 teaspoon for the water and 1 & 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Tip:
If this is your first time trying this DIY. I would test out a small spot to see if you get any negative reactions. This DIY is good for everyday use. It will take time to see any results and it may differ from person to person. I saw a difference in about 1-2 months
So this is not a quick fix.

I wish I could show you my before and after pic but I no longer have it cause my phone went nuts on me.

I hope you like this DIY and I hope you try this out for yourself.

Later loves 😊❀️
